Bogatyreva Natalia from Magnitogorsk is called by the best world judge following the results of work for 2017. Such decision was passed by Judicial council Chelyabinsk region, the press service of regional government of justice reports.
Bogatyreva Natalia since February, 2012 is the world judge of a judicial site No. 6 of Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Magnitogorsk. Last year it considered 4 895 lawsuits. Its average loading in a month made 467 lawsuits. It is 62% more in comparison with average load of world judges of area in 2017.
"Average load of one world judge following the results of a year made 288 lawsuits a month and increased by 11%, in comparison with 2016. In total in 2017 world judges Chelyabinsk region considered 546 851 lawsuits. These are 84% of total of the affairs ended by vessels of area, – the chief of Head department of justice notes Chelyabinsk region Bykov Valery. – On the lawsuits considered by world judges, in the budget of area it is collected 762 million 80 thousand rubles. For the beginning of the current year in the budget arrived 309 million 114 thousand rubles. Not executed collectings are directed to service of bailiffs".
Should note that for the last nine years representatives of Magnitogorsk five times became the best world judges Chelyabinsk region. The former world judge Natalia Bakhmet heads Ordzhonikidzevsky district court of Magnitogorsk. In the same court the former world judges, and nowadays federal judges Chukhontseva Helena and Makarova Olga work.
