Sergei Tsivilev explained that LLC "Management company "Kolmar" work with many Chinese companies. "At one we acquire the equipment, others come for installation works, our concentrate is delivered to the third. The relations with the Chinese partners at us very close, we consider them successful. There were really good relations. The hard time was in the Russian-Chinese relations. And from that party there were many difficulties. Now, you see, we work", - he told.
according to the head "Kolmar", company itself passed a certain way of developments and now approaches to implementation of the projects more carefully.
"You saw our experimental factory Inaglinsky-1. We are proud of it. But it was our first experience. Now it is easier to build. We learned much. We have a good group of builders, dressers, we learned to plan work correctly. We have a lot of own equipment. When you use only contractors, it is not absolutely effective: today they work, tomorrow do not work. Now at us practically for 70 percent we close all segments of building by own efforts, only for 30 percent it is contractors. The correct organization of construction - in it all key to success. But, of course, the most important is burning eyes at people who believed in the forces, learned to do, know and are able it, and now from work derive pleasure", - Sergei Tsivilev explained.
