Winners "Winter bard" will present Tyumen at Grushinsky Festival

On a high note the 14th interregional festival of the author's song "Winter Bard to Tyumen" of a name of Nikolay Starchenkov came to the end. In three days of 150 participants representing Biysk, Barnaul, Magnitogorsk, Ulyanovsk, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Chistopol, the village of Beryozovka Perm Territory, Rezh (Sverdlovsk Region), Khanty-Mansiysk, Pangoda's settlement (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District), Tobolsk, Zavodoukovsk, Yurginskoye's village, Uporovo's village and Tyumen, – appeared on festival stage...
