As were noted by all members of the commission at selection of the best inhabited objects, the main criterion for them is convenience and comfort of modern housing, but also certainly, you should not forget about modern architectural concepts.
Contestants were estimated in two nominations, as "The housing estates, separate houses at 6 floors above" and "Low construction: houses to 6 floors". On only court 15 inhabited objects were presented to the commission. Following the results of discussion and discussions the following objects were awarded:
