Astrakhan, on January 29, Russian information agency "FederalPress". Consumers saved up a debt of more than 1,7 billion rubles before company "The Astrakhan thermal networks" for heat and hot water.
On information the press services of companies, most of all debt increased budgetary organizations – by 36%. Thus debts of the population grew by 12% and made 1,680 billion rubles.
Also in companies noted that during 2017 only the industrial enterprises of the city could reduce the debt by 4%.
