Some days before the publication of reports of the Ministry of Finance of the USA which, as expected, the new wave of restrictive measures against the Russian businessmen will follow, Washington entered dot sanctions against one of assets of the owner of "Severstal" Alexei Mordashov — machine-building holding "Power Machines". Probably, it is connected with last year's scandal because of delivery to the Crimea of gas turbines which were made by JV Power Machines and the German Siemens. But whether these sanctions will affect Siemens and the joint venture which is letting out the unique equipment for Russia while it is not clear also the most German company...
