Power engineering specialists PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "T PLUS" implemented the plan of 2017 for equipment by individual thermal points of houses of the residential district Zakamsk in Kirovsky district Perm.
the Perm branch PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "T PLUS" summed up ofthe results on implementation of the program of modernization of Zakamsky thermal knot with installation in houses Kirovsky district Perm the individual thermal points (ITP) in 2017. The declared plans are implemented in full: in total past year in the residential district Zakamsk the power effective equipment of ITP is mounted in 68 buildings, are taken out of service next 2 TsTP. Also within the power project in 2017 shifted in Kirovsky district more than 3 930 m of networks of heating, hot and cold water supply.
it is important toto note that in respect of 2017 there were 34 houses for which inhabitants measures of social support were provided at establishment of a single tariff in Zakamsky thermal knot. Inhabitants of 17 buildings voted for the ITP installation, and power engineering specialists performed these works. The others made the decision to analyse experience of neighbors and to make the decision after an assessment of efficiency of the project.

Thanks to ITP established in last year is reduced, inhabitants of houses could enter a heating season of 2017-2018 with high quality of services heat supplies. So, for the house on Svetlogorskaya St., 19 (GVS water heater from the ITP complex is established in November, 2017) the long-term problem on quality of GVS is solved. Residents of the house on Ushakov St., 36 (ITP is established in October, 2017) optimized heatconsumption that led to temperature normalization in apartments and gave the chance to reduce payments.
Valeeva Galina, the chairman of condominiums "Svetlogorsk, 19" notes that earlier hot water in the house was no more than 40-50 degrees: "Now there were steadily 60 degrees, and residents are very happy. The installed equipment works reliably and smoothly. This year we will establish all ITP complex to regulate heatgiving and for heatings". "The ITP installation allowed to optimize heatconsumption, and now in our apartments there are no "retops". For part of residents at first it was unusual to live at 21-22 degrees in rooms. But now all understood: it allowed to cut down significantly expenses on heating that, certainly, has to be reflected positively in the sums in receipts", - Tryastsin Valery speaks, the inhabitant of the house on Ushakov St., 36.<"27>"
Power engineering specialists note that not constructive position of chairmen of condominiums has impact on rates of implementation of the project some houses. For example, inhabitants of houses on st. Lipatova, 20 and 22 voted for the ITP installation and want that in their house there was a power effective equipment. However installation of ITP is impossible without similar decision of owners of apartments on Lipatov St., 18 as all houses are connected to one TsTP. The chairman of condominiums this house conducts anti-promotion among owners of apartments. In this case residents have to take more active position. After all in terms of money the power effect is considerable: equipped ITP saves the house on a resources consumption – cold water, heat power – from 177 to 910 thousand rubles annually. On these means in the standard 5-storeyed 4-access house it is possible to carry out repair a facade (360 thousand rubles), to repair one entrance (230 thousand rubles), to replace windows (160 thousand rubles), to equip a playground (156 thousand. rubles) to change struts of system of a heat supply, water disposals, hot and cold water supply (172 thousand rubles), to establish energy saving lamps (48 thousand rubles).
educational institutions refuse the ITP installation while Perm though advantages of the energy saving equipment are even more obvious to them. So, PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "T PLUS" and LLC "PSK" is in a contour of a heat supply 124 kindergartens and 120 schools with annual heatconsumption of 83,3 and 88,4 thousand Gcal respectively. Taking into account effects of ITP and the approved tariff, the direct economy the cities on kindergartens could make budgets from 27 to 38 million rubles a year, on schools – from 29 to 40 million rubles. Besides, these means could be aimed at development educational institutions: in each kindergarten to make a modern playground, and at school to open a new computer class or to allocate funds for system of safety.
Thus, the integrated approach in the sphere of a heat supply allows to reach financial effects in the form of decrease in payments, and also it is essential to increase parameters of services heatings and hot water supplies. Positive results of the pilot project in Kirovsky district are reached, including because the ITP installation and modernization of heat conductors in Zakamsk are carried out by one organization – LLC "TNR". This company operates the TsTP complex and thermal networks, acting and as the supplier of an energy resource, and as design office for introduction of power effective technologies. Concentration of the high-level and distributive networks under control of one companies allows to accept and realize at the statement of a tariff the uniform investment program that provides complexity of process.
Now power engineering specialists form the plan for the ITP installation for 2018, in PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "T PLUS" intend to continue realization Perm the project.
