VAZ Trade union "Yedinstvo" recognized as the foreign agent

Even more active and much more effective was also labor union in Vsevolozhsk which not only organized strikes, but also achieved considerable concessions from enterprise administration, in particular, compensation increases.

from the moment of association of the Tolyatti and Petersburg organizations, MPRA could achieve the conclusion of collective agreements favorable to workers at Ford plants Ford, Volkswagen and LLC "Benteler Automotive".

For today "The working association" unites workers more than 16 autoenterprises, enters into All-Russian trade-union association "Konfederatsiya truda Russia" (KTR) and global labor union of IndustriALL. Exactly the last circumstance became the reason for claims of prosecutor's offices. As arguments of need of elimination the claimant referred, including, on maintaining by the organization of political activity, petition for the purpose of current legislation change, existence of foreign financings. Court met requirements of the claimant in full.

Now members of "Working association" which on PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "AUTOVAZ" is known under an old brand "Unity", it is not a lot of. According to the head of a regional cell of MPRA Zolotarev Petr , only about one hundred members of labor union works at the enterprise. However, its influence on factory life nevertheless is great. The labor union helps factory workers, including, not to members of MPRA to solve labor disputes through court, giving them legal support.

As were explained to "Details" by Zolotarev Petr, the labor union continues to work, the appeal complaint on the solution of the Petersburg vessels is now submitted. A question of how activity if court finally passes the decision not in favor of a trade union, Zolotarev Petr will be conducted found it difficult to answer.
