In the statement it is specified that LLC "VostokPromProekt" conducted technical examination of construction designs of the block No. 4 of school. The category of technical condition of object is by results established: limited operating state on condition of performance of actions.
Now at school strengthened the base, replaced a design of fire escapes and the central entrance, repaired a roof, internal rooms, carried out sanitary, electric installation work, water disposal surface and flood waters.
of Negative dynamics in the deformed condition of a design of the building did not reveal because of what as applicants believe, at school safe conditions for pupils are created. Meeting is appointed to December 27.
Earlier the prosecutor Bayandai district appealed to court with the statement of claim about prohibition of operation of existing school. By results of technical inspection all structures are in an emergency state , and their operation poses threat of life and to health of pupils.
