the Prime minister Moldova Pawel Petrovich Philip repeatedly presented on December 22 to the president Igor Nikolaevich Dodon candidates at a position of the Deputy Prime Minister and ministers whom Igor Nikolaevich Dodon refused to approve earlier. As the correspondent information agency "REGNUM" reports, now Igor Nikolaevich Dodon is obliged to approve them, or his appropriate authority will are delegated to the speaker of parliament Andrian Ilyich Kandu.
Andrian Ilyich Kandu already declared that in case of refusal Igor Nikolaevich Dodon to approve the offered shots the government will appeal to the Constitutional court as it already was earlier at appointment of the Minister of Defence. Then Igor Nikolaevich Dodon rejected the candidate Sturza Eugenie twice, and the Constitutional court made the decision to transfer a right to sign to the speaker of parliament.
the President meanwhile already declared that under no circumstances will not approve the candidates offered by the prime minister.
"The majority of the offered candidates were shown by inconsistency, lack of professionalism on a post and within earlier carried out activity. Some of them have problems with honesty and that is the most serious, some of them personally participated in bank fraud, taking part in the decision-making, brought to destruction of a banking system to Moldova", — were declared by Igor Nikolaevich Dodon.
