The republished first volume of the Red List Ivanovo region is presented

"Did a great job, researches practically in all areas Ivanovo region are conducted. New habitats of rare species of birds are found. A number of types was brought in the Red List are those birds who were found in the region territory for the first time. Two species of birds of prey are brought out of the book as they increased the number", – Candidate of Biology, the associate professor of botany and zoology of IvGU Melnikov Vladimir told. Now Ivanovo region is included in the Red List of 195 animal species living in the territory of the region.
