"You know that President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin declared large-scale reforms in demographic policy, in the country the corresponding payments are entered. The document just defines performance of conditions for receiving in 2018 from federal budgets additional resources for monthly monetary payments to families on the third and subsequent children. Besides, next year in budget areas are provided payments on the third and the subsequent children of more than 260 million rubles. Large families with children till three years which income on one person does not exceed the average per capita income of the population, will receive monthly in addition on 10 thousand rubles", – the head of the region reported.
