Sotnikova Helena became chapter of CITY ADMINISTRATION YALTA REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA

Sotnikova Helena. Such decision was made yesterday by deputies of Yalta city council, Information company "Kryminform" transfers.
Earlier Sotnikova Helena held a position of the first deputy head of municipal administration and chapter temporarily executing power City administration.
before the contest committee selected two candidates for a post of the head City administration – Sotnikova Helena and Puchnin Nicholas. Sotnikova Helena gained 80 points, and Puchnin Nicholas – 69 points.
on October 31 the Yalta City Council already appointed Sotnikova Helena the head of administration. But already on November 3 deputies declared intention to cancel this decision. On the same day it became known that competition on replacement of a position of chapter of CITY ADMINISTRATION YALTA REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA will be carried out repeatedly after correction of mistakes to documentation. On November 7 deputies cancelled the decision on appointment Sotnikova Helena and it returned to the management of administration in the status of temporarily executing duty of the head of this body.
