Eternal electronic medical records with history of the medical aid rendered on the policy of obligatory medical insurance (compulsory health insurance), will appear at each citizen Russian Federation. They will be available on a portal of state services. It follows from the draft of the order of Government of the Russian Federation, write daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya".

Now on a portal of state services it is possible to call the doctor on the house, to register in an appointment, to be attached to the medical organization. In the future two new services there will be available: viewing of the clinical record and registration of the policy of compulsory health insurance.
