Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent to Nauru on the occasion of the eighth anniversary from the date of establishment of diplomatic relations with Nauru.
In a note, in particular, is told:
"is on December 15, 2009 really significant date in the contemporary history of Abkhazia. Establishment of diplomatic relations between Abkhazia and Nauru became pledge of developments the relations of friendship and cooperation between our people.
For rather small period of time between our states were come into close contacts at high level, political interaction becomes stronger, the course on dynamic development the bilateral relations proceeds.
the Bright page in the history of interaction of our countries became visit in November of the current year delegation headed by the president Nauru Baron Divavesi Vaka Abkhazia with official visit. This visit served as an impulse in strengthening of the relations of strategic cooperation between our countries.
Are ready to promote in every possible way to further building of all complex of interstate interaction and are convinced that for this purpose there is a necessary potential".
