As were reported by the first deputy head of administration Minkin Oleg, the administration analysed the submitted report. In particular, the official noted that "excess of limits of the budgetary obligations" the ex-chief of UKH Strelets Catherina already was responsible for a line in the form of a penalty in 20 thousand rubles, 7 thousand from them it already extinguished, bailiffs are engaged in collecting the rest.
In this respect the representative of KSP added that in court Strelets Catherina said that it "was compelled to do it in connection with celebration of the 450 anniversary of the Eagle"
toBesides, according to KSP report in 2016 there were facts of partial acceptance of work on objects of a street road network. "This year of such practice is not present", - Minkin Oleg noted. The official added that on this line Strelets Catherina also was brought to administrative responsibility.
At the same time, at KSP were objections in this respect. The representative of KSP noted that this information is not absolutely right as when acts of acceptance of work were signed, Strelets Catherina it was already dismissed from UKH, and its position was held by other people.
"Good intentions paved road in a hell. When we speak about the 450 anniversary of the Eagle, it is not necessary to be covered with celebration of anniversary of the city, so far as concerns serious violations. On this matter already and law enforcement agencies brought not one criminal case. We now cannot find funds for food of school students, on each committee on different lines because of 200 thousand we swear, and there (– a comment red) millions money go to UKH in anywhere. At each contracts there is a name and a surname. Guilty have to be responsible".
the new chief of UKH of the Eagle Klimova Svetlana answeredit that from now on the specific employee will be assigned to each contract.
"Today I held meeting with the employees and brought to them information that now the specific person will be assigned to each contract. On it the separate order will be formed. The chief of the department physically is not able to supervise such volume of contracts and the nobility where what window inserted where did not insert", - told Klimova Svetlana.
