For the reference: All-Russian political party "Civil Force" for the first time was created by
in 2002. Then it carried the name" Russian network party small and medium business" and attracted in the ranks of adherents of "network marketing" which used skills of recruitment of supporters not only for sale of vitamins and cosmetics, but also under the political project." The network party" unsuccessfully descended on State Duma elections in 2003, and then was renamed into "Free Russia".
Actually, the name All-Russian political party "Civil Force" was appropriated to party already on the third incarnation - in 2007. Then the party was led by the well-known lawyer and that-where-kogdist Barshchevsky Mikhail. Under its management "Gr. Force" achieved the main political success - entered a pool of parties which nominated Dmitry Medvedev to presidential election.
