Today me chose unanimously, and it means that the course with which there is a City Council, is chosen correctly that we could unite all constructive forces, despite of political views. We resolve issues is consolidated, together with city community and progressively we move forward. So there were with the decision on acceptance budgets, many other decisions when serious collaboration with administration and deputy corps was carried out and made the serious weighed decisions". Within test examination potential cities managers answered 30 questions concerning the organization of local government, municipal service and counteraction corruptions, town planning, road economy, Household management company. Oral interview during which contestants told about the vision of municipal economy and solutions main problems of the Cossack capital became the third stage. Total results on the second and third stages of competition were distributed as follows: Pshenichny Victor – 43 points, Igor Zyuzin – 58 points, Delov Sergei – 28 points, Pirogov Nicholas – 41 points, Baranov Victor 50 points, Fastov Petr – 29 points, Khomyakov Sergei – 41 points, Kutyrev Andrey – 19 points, Zhuravlev Wladyslaw Aleksandrovich – 29 points. Thus in the final competitions by results of interview and testing left Igor Zyuzin and Baranov Victor. The relevant decision was made by the commission unanimously.

With a request to support the nomination Igor Zyuzin the deputy head of Regional administration Rudoy Vasilii. The day before, by words Ozersky Valery, made the decision to vote for the candidate leading on points members of "United Russia" Party. The similar recommendation on behalf of local office of "A Just Russia" Party was sounded also by the vice-president of the Duma Karabedov Andrey .
