in 2015 on "Perm Motors" made the decision to transform the corporate museum, having created functional and comfortable space for visitors where it is possible to speak about a role of the modern industrial enterprise in city and country life. Besides repairs and room reconstruction, the part of exhibits was restored, and, the main thing, – the museum concept is rethought.

- museum Work qualitatively changed: for the first time in the main sections of an exposition there were LCD panels for demonstration of unique movies from museum funds. The audience extended also: if earlier employees of plant, school students and students were the main visitors, from the moment of opening of a new exposition the great interest arose and at professional community – the museums, archives, libraries. That the museum is "behind turnstiles", does not prevent residents of Perm to go at excursion: it is enough to call and agree in advance about date and visit time.
B 2018 the museum of history of the Perm engine building will celebrate the 50 anniversary. It is planned that exhibitions which will take place in the territory of the enterprise and in city space (for example, an exposition to the 50 anniversary of "The companion of a crocodile", a satirical tabloid "A Lenin way" Perm engine-building plant of Ya.M. Sverdlov) become the main events of anniversary year.
