Inhabitants of Kamensk Rostov region demand resignations the head of administration and introduction of a mode emergency situations. On December 2 about 300 people gathered in park of a name of Gagarin.
People on meeting showed todiscontent with the city power and made demands relatively heatings and water supply in Zavodskoy rayon where nearly eight thousand inhabitants live in cold apartments.
Despite that organizers invited to meeting also the mayor Chernenko Aleksey, and the head of administration of Oleg Kayudin, none of them did not come. Signing of the resolution on introduction of a mode emergency situations was the agenda.
the resolution were signed by all gathered. Soon it will be sent to Presidential Administration and to administration of the governor Rostov region.
Still does not know – whether will change the document position of residents or to people and it is necessary to live without water and heatings. Citizens are already ready to drastic measures, up to route M-4 "Don" overlapping.
