Solemn ignition of the highest in the world of a live Christmas fir-tree took place on Saturday in the Japanese Kobe. The majestic 30-meter tree was shined with bright fires under enthusiastic exclamations of hundreds people who have gathered in Meriken park and flashes of cameras, the correspondent reports from a place of events information agency "RIA Novosti" .

"Christmas Fir-tree Number One in the World" Project prepared four years, notes agency. "In Japan it is possible to observe a huge number of the Christmas fir-trees established in the cities, shops, houses. But all of them artificial. I wanted to present to people a live tree, after all traditions — in the nature, instead of plasticity. I wanted to present to people feeling of a holiday, but having kept respect for the nature" — the project manager, the president of companies told in interview of information agency "RIA Novosti" Sora Botanical Garden Seydzyun Nisikhata.

as the main Christmas tree chose not a fir-tree traditional in the West, and tuyevik, the natural which area of growth includes islands of Japan. Found Nisikhata four years ago in the woods about the city Himi the western Prefecture of Toyama a 150-year tree has height of 30 meters and 24 tons weigh. It became the highest live Christmas tree in the world in the XXI century.

"It was a call to itself. For transportation of so huge tree we were compelled to involve the special car for transportation sinkansenov (so in Japan call high-speed trains), but also that was small as it is calculated on the train 29 meters long, and tree height — 30 meters" — are remembered by the project manager.

By Seydzyun Nisikhata's recognition, plan implementation contrary to technical difficulties and adverse weather conditions was for it of very great importance as this Christmas project is allocated also with the second sense hidden, at first sight. The matter is that in 2017 exactly 150 years from the date of opening of port of Kobe are executed near which the memorial is established now to victims of a destructive earthquake of 1995. Therefore established in this district of the city the Christmas fir-tree had to become also a symbol of restoration and human hopes.

"Our tree on five or seven meters is higher than

in New York. But it is peace competition. And height not main thing. Main — this happiness. My idea — it to bear life. Know, what seeds of evergreen trees are moved by a wind to new territories, generating there life? And I want to bear hope and happiness in the future" — emphasized Nisikhat.

the Concept of future restoration and respect for the nature became main and at a choice of jewelry for the main Christmas tree. Visitors will not see here the bright, richly decorated spheres, neither stars or cones, nor electric garlands.

"Electric garlands — this mockery at trees, disrespect for the nature. It can be beautiful in the evening, but in the afternoon it reminds more fetters" — the interlocutor of information agency "RIA Novosti" noted.

as decoration of a Christmas fir-tree in Kobe use thin metal plates of a round form which are strung on thin ropes, and then are fixed by one end of a rope on the tree top, and another — on special hooks round a tree. Around tuyevika the LED searchlights which light is reflected from metal plates are also established, creating at flaws illusion of the numerous snowflakes covering a tree.

"We pull ropes in a triangle form to create illusion of a traditional fir-tree. Any visitor, whether it be the child or the adult, can write everything on plates that he will want, any wish" — specified Seydzyun Nisikhata.

"Christmas Fir-tree Number One in the World" Project in Japanese Kobe will last till December 26, 2017. After that a tree will transfer to Ikut's temple to Kobe for construction of a ritual gate of red thorium color which establish before Shintoistic sanctuaries.

"Nevertheless jewelry we intend to collect

after action. And as the tree was brought by us from Prefecture of Toyama, we will return there and we will give all wishes of people to the management of the city Himi, from where this tree, as gratitude" — the curator of the project told.
