Elista. November 28. INTERFAX-SOUTH - cattle Wintering to Republic of Kalmykia takes place without complications, in a regular mode, the Minister of Agriculture of the republic Bolaev Baatr at meeting of presidium of Government Republic of Kalmykia reported.
According to him, in all categories of farms wintering included more than 475 thousand heads of cattle; 2,45 million - the heads of sheep and goats; about 19 thousand - horses and more than 900 - camels.
In farms of all categories prepared 791,5 thousand tons of rough forages (taking into account the remains of last years of 242,8 thousand tons). At requirement of 800,8 thousand tons the security percent for the beginning of wintering made 99%.
of the Concentrated forages prepared more than 50 thousand tons.
In the current year 26,9 thousand tons of a forage are filled up from own crop with farms Gorodovikovsk district, Iki-Burul district, Lagan district, Malye Derbety district, Priyutnoe district, Sarpinsky district, Yashalta district and Yashkul district.
Security with sterns for 100% and more accepted farms Iki-Burul district, Lagan district, Oktyabrsky rayon, Priyutnoe district, Yashalta district and Gorodovikovsk district, Bolaev Baatr noted.
For a wintering livestock of agricultural animals prepared 3,932 thousand livestock parking.
