Wants to remember all deputies who made the contribution to development local government of the area and a few to tell about formation of deputy corps.
the Name of a representative body Motygino district — Motyginsky regional council — are established toon January 30, 1997. The decision No. 1-9P is signed by the head of the area Feklin Youri Ivanovich who was also the chairman of regional council. The first convocation consisted of seven deputies. Here their names: Ignatyev Konstantin Borisovich, Korobeynikov Vladimir , Makarychev Nicholas Ivanovich, Nikolaevich Pawel Perzhun, Teleutov Vladimir Ilyich, Tolstikhin Sergei , Trofimov Victor . In 1999 Makarychev Nicholas Ivanovich removed from himself powers of the deputy in connection with transition to civil service, as a result of by-election in regional council of the first convocation there was the first woman — Fedyukina Valentina .
the First organizational session made the decision on structure of local governments of the area, according to it the head of the area was supposed to be elected from among deputies.
On the made decision received a protest of the prosecutor of the area Kuzmin Anatoly . Referring to results of a referendum of the area of 17.02.1995, Kuzmin Anatoly ordered to cancel the decision of deputies and to accept new where the head of the area is elected by all population of the area for four years, as was executed on May 15, 1997 by the solution of session No. 2-15P.<"101>"
Having been tired the area deputies of the first convocation claimed on March 26, 1998, but it was returned with comments of legal department of Administration kraya and repeatedly accepted at session on July 1, 1998.
Elections of the second convocation took place in the December, 2000, the first organizational session took place in January. After abdication of the deputy Oparin Sergei Nikolaevich in March, 2006 in connection with departure from the area and carrying out by-election on the district No. 23 Gryaznov Valery .
the Head of the area and the chairman of regional council was Zvantsev V. A., the vice-chairman — Stepovoy Valery Pavlovich (till February 2007). Deputies S. M. Lichinsyan, Lushechkin Vladimir , Yakovlev Sergei , Pevtsova Lyubov , Andrey Khokhryakov were elected chairmen of the constant deputy commissions.
Due to the changes in the Charter of the area and resignation Zvantsev V. A. at the end of 2006 were held byelections of the head of the area. Again elected Funk Vladimir which any more did not combine a position of the chairman of regional council. In February, 2007 deputies elected the chairman of regional council Andrey Khokhryakov, the deputy — Fedyukina Valentina (in March, 2008) . But in September, 2008 Andrey Khokhryakov appointed the head of the road enterprise in Lesosibirsk, and it resigned authority of the deputy in connection with departure from the area. And the chairman of the board of the third convocation it was elected Fedyukina Valentina . By the way, Andrey Khokhryakov in 2010 was chosen by chapter Administration of Lesosibirsk, in 2015 — the mayor.
After sudden death of the deputy Lushechkin Vladimir in the fall of 2006 took place by-election on the district No. 1, again Sipkin Vladimir was elected the deputy of the third convocation. S. M. Lichinsyan accepted the invitation of the Head of the area and passed to work into area administration as the deputy head of administration. The third convocation finished the work as a part of 23 deputies.
the Fourth convocation chose in March, 2010. The election system was changed. Twelve deputies chose on one-mandatory districts: B. V. Bublay, Fedyukina Valentina , Ternovik Andrey Aleksandrovich, Karar Svetlana — Motygino, Bychkov Pavel Alekseevich, Zhgun Vyacheslav — Razdolinsk, Elena Ivanovna Bochmaga — Partizansk and Southern Yeniseisk, Lukyanova Natalia — Ordzhonikidze, Korobeynikov Vladimir — Pervomaysk, Zakhartsov Mikhail — Mashukovka, Kozyreva Olga — Kulakovo, Dzgoev Tamerlan Petrovich — Novoangarsk.
Between all-territorial party lists according to quantity of the votes received on elections were divided by 13 mandates. "United Russia" Party was presented by deputies: Tereshchenko Andrey , Funk Vladimir , Yelsikova Galina , Kudryavtsev Aleksey , Perfilyeva Galina , Wagner Victor , Gusev Sergei , Savina Galina . After election Tereshchenko Andrey the head of administration of the area on a competitive basis the released mandate was transferred to Prikot Alexander . Deputies Makarychev Nicholas Ivanovich and Martyushov Sergei presented to Communist Party of the Russian Federation, "A Just Russia" Party — Belokrinitsky Victor who removed the powers in connection with departure from the area, and the deputy mandate was transferred to Kuzmin Anatoly . Liberal Democratic Party of Russia in regional council represented Stepovoy Valery Pavlovich, Vitkovsky Yvan .
the Head of the area Funk Vladimir combined a position of the chairman of regional council, the head of administration of the area elected on a competitive basis (Tereshchenko Andrey ). The vice-chairman of regional council elected Fedyukina Valentina . Karar , Zhgun Vyacheslav , Korobeynikov Vladimir , Dzgoev Tamerlan Petrovich, B. V. Bublay, Ternovik Andrey Aleksandrovich, Martyushov Sergei .
Elections of deputies of the 5th convocation are held byin September, 2015 for five years, 12 deputies are elected on one-mandatory districts and 13 — according to lists of electoral associations. Zakhartsov — Mashukovka, Kozyreva Olga — Kulakovo, Bekuzarov M. A. — Novoangarsk.
the All-territorial constituency is presented toby deputies: Alekseev V. V. — "Patriots of Russia" Party; Fedyukina Valentina , Korobeynikov Vladimir , Dzgoev Tamerlan Petrovich, Wagner Victor , Kudryavtsev Aleksey , Razmyslov O. O., Yakusheva S. V. — "United Russia" Party; Machatova — Liberal Democratic Party of Russia. In June, 2016 Dzgoev Tamerlan Petrovich removed powers of the deputy, his mandate was transferred to Medvedeva L. G. who also removed from itself powers in July, 2017, her mandate is transferred Ignatyeva G. P.. Also in July, 2017, after election as chapter Motygino district, powers are removed from the deputy of regional council Razmyslova O. O.. Her mandate was transferred to Soshnikov V. G., but in connection with his departure out of limits of the area and removal of powers by the deputy of regional council became Zenina S. Yu..
In twenty years of work of regional council each deputy left tothe contribution, the memory of the activity, the importance. Let it, this memory, will be dobra — after all big sees at distance. .
Dear colleagues deputies, accept words of sincere gratitude for your unpaid and disinterested work. Each of us received during elections the mandate of trust from voters of the district and inhabitants of the area, and everyone carried out the deputy duties in process of the forces and opportunities. As a rule, seldom who receives words of gratitude for the work, especially the deputy. Now we understand that any decision is not made individually that the decision passed — support of a bigger half of voices of deputy corps is necessary. Not always and everything worked well, but the main thing — without solution of sessions work of executive power would stop. In all 20 years of work the deputy corps did not allow it. Once again, colleagues, accept congratulations on anniversary, health all and wellbeing, kind memory from voters and belief in those who represents interests of the population in regional council of deputies.
