Three years later became the chairman of trade-union committee of higher education institution, and in 2009 – the chairman of primary student's trade-union organization of FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION "DALNEVOSTOCHNY STATE TRANSPORT UNIVERSITY", FAR EAST STATE TRANSPORT UNIVERSITY, FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION DVGUPS, DVGUPS. In 2012 thanks to the activity and good results of work Dubovsky Vadim is accepted to a position of the assistant to the rector of FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION "DALNEVOSTOCHNY STATE TRANSPORT UNIVERSITY", FAR EAST STATE TRANSPORT UNIVERSITY, FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION DVGUPS, DVGUPS on youth policy. Three years later, in 2015, it passed to municipal service, to a position of the head of department of culture, sports and youth policy of administration of the Khabarovsk municipal area. Before appointment was the deputy Khabarovsk City Council.
For that time that Dubovsky Vadim headed management, is made much: under its management tens bright actions are organized, hundreds interesting ideas are incarnate and the mass of plans is conceived. The management appreciated Dubovsky Vadim high professionalism and the competent organization of work of management which he headed. Employees will forever remember its purposeful, cheerful and ready always to help council or business. Light memories of the careful son, the loving husband and the father forever remain in the hearts of the father with mother – Valery Evstafyevich and Nadezhda Petrovna, the wife Aleksandra Vladimirovna and children – Lev and Ekaterina.
Civil funeral according to Dubovskoy Vadim will take place on November 22 at 12.00 to the address: Khabarovsk, Krasnodarskaya St., 51 (MKUK "Intersettlement Cultural and Leisure and Methodical Center of the Khabarovsk Municipal Area").
