Pskov region regional meeting of deputies introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the bill according to which it is offered to abolish five district courts, and also to form some judicial presence.
According to the bill, abolition the following courts (court, subject to abolition, and from below - court from above is specified to which the cases will be submitted) are subject to:
(in District court of the Velikiye Luki district of the Pskov region ) ;
(in District court of the Bezhanitsy district of the Pskov region ) ;
(in Pushkinskiye Gory district district court Pskov region ) ;
(in Pechory district district court Pskov region ) ;
(in Strugi Krasnye district district court Pskov region ) .
