The federation of migrants doubted efficiency Dactyloscopy

Ministries of Internal Affairs suggest to finger-print and photograph the migrants coming from the countries with whom at Russian Federation the visa-free regime works. The Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, acting in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, reports Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". All foreigners who arrive to Russian Federation in a visa-free order for the term of over 30 days will have to undergo this procedure. In Ministries of Internal Affairs consider that Dactyloscopy will help with fight against illegal migration and terrorism as the main part of migratory streams goes just from the visa-free countries...
