According to locals, specifically this dog already once snatched on the child and bit it. Getting off in packs, dogs stick to pupils at physical education classes. And in packs there are also animals in collars and with leads.
Inhabitants of the settlement unsuccessfully try to solve a problem. They addressed to local authorities and in police. Administration of the municipal entity Omutninsk municipal district of the Kirov region several times held competition on search of the contractor for catching of dogs, but too is ineffectual. And allocated for these purposes in 2016 of 900 thousand rubles it is necessary to return back as to spend them to destination it was not possible.
