Shabalinsky district district court Kirov region considered criminal case concerning 38 – the summer earlier judged local. At the end of June the man was taken to Shabalinsky central hospital for passing of physical examination. Earlier he was detained on the street in a state of intoxication. Trying to avoid responsibility, it hit the police officer in a face.
Court found him guilty of violence application in the relations of the authority. Taking into account existence of criminal records at it for crimes for profit and crimes against the personality the judge cancelled conditional condemnation on the previous sentence. As a result the man will carry out in prison of 2 years. Will serve sentence condemned in a colony of a high security.
