As are reported by the press service of the president Bako Artsakh, Saakian expressed gratitude to all who made efforts for formation of this
group, having noted that it, being a symbol of sincere friendship between
Flanders and Bako Artsakh, confirms readiness to develop the bilateral relations and devotion to general values.
the Head of state emphasized that in the territory present Belgium Flanders is the most ancient center of the Armenian diaspora, and the Armenian community acts as a peculiar bridge between the West and the East, the historical homeland and this beautiful country.
