"Member of the party "Just Russia"" Herman Aslanbekovich Khautov became the head of Beslan. In turn earlier the electee Khatkarov Zaur declared abdication in communication "with transition to other position" which he did not specify.
As were reported earlier by the Slovo newspaper, after September elections in Beslan for a chair of the mayor the real political struggle was developed. The "members of the party "Just Russia"" who have collected most than selective votes, appeared not "at a wheel". Representatives of competitive parties "United Russia" Party, "Patriots of Russia" Party, "Communist Party of the Russian Federation" created the coalition and chose to a position of the head of Beslan of "patriot" Khatkarov Zaur. Then only seven deputies voted for Herman Aslanbekovich Khautov from 19 present. In protest such decision eight "members of the party "Just Russia"" declared addition of mandates. Thus, Meeting of representatives could remain in unauthorized structure.
Today in Beslan meeting of Meeting of representatives during which the mayor Herman Aslanbekovich Khautov was elected the solution of the majority for whom 18 and 20 deputies voted took place again. As the new chairman of Meeting of representatives told the Slovo newspaper, "voters who after the declaration of abandonment of mandates came asked to continue fight it and asked not to be given".
