The main condition of participation in the program – desire and an initiative of inhabitants. They had to show an initiative and address in City administration with a request to update the yard territory, and after to take active part in project creation, to watch a construction course, and at the end to accept works.

– at the beginning of a year specialists of City administration accepted and registered all demands. With support of the ministry of construction and road economy edges were carried out public hearings, design and budget documentation on each object is executed, – the head Blagodarnogo Dimitri Aleksandrovich Tormosov tells. – In the spring from federal and regional budgets for implementation of projects it was allocated 30 million rubles. In June contract organizations started construction works.

I already arranged well eight objects with a total area more than 20 thousand square meters. Thus builders not only replaced an asphalt covering, but also established borders, laid paving slabs, equipped parkings, recreation areas, playgrounds, beds etc. Were cases when blagodarnenets asked to make changes to the project. The total area of two objects – 5 thousand square meters. Here residents asked to replace an old covering with paving slabs. Works and material are more expensive, but as a result the result does not break the general composition with the main city street and the central park which was well-planned a few years ago.

It is known that the program assumes joint financing, from budgets Grateful 1,7 million rubles are allocated for improvement. On these means design and budget documentation was made, 75 new benches, flowerpots, ballot boxes are acquired and established. In total it is acquired and established nearly 100 small architectural forms. In six updated yards places for collecting and garbage removal, playgrounds are equipped. According to the head Blagodarny, in some yards because of the small area there was no place for childish sports. In this regard City administration next year plans to make small sports complexes where the area allows. The funds allocated in present year make a half of federal and regional budgets only budgets Grateful. It is clear that independently the city for anything would not pull such amount of works.

Despite made, in Grateful arranged well only 14 percent of domestic territories of apartment houses. However also it is a big step from habitual ruin to new concepts about domestic comfort.

These data were called in Government of Stavropol Territory at meeting of the special interdepartmental commission. 20,4 million more rubles from federal treasury on the terms of joint financing will be allocated for improvement of parks of the small cities.
