By the general rule planned inspection concerning municipality can be carried out by control body not more often than once in two years, however by federal laws for separate types the state controls other frequency of checks can be provided. Thus the state controls (supervision) in case of coincidence of control actions concerning one local government inspections are carried out by various bodies only in common.
17 bodies participated In formation of the plan of checks for 2018 the state controls (supervision) of the federal and regional level, presented offers on inclusion in the plan of 748 checks of local governments.
From drafts of plans prosecutor's office edges excluded 148 actions for control (about 20% of the plan) due to the lack of the bases to the organization of checks, non-compliance with their frequency, not reflection of all obligatory data in the plan (first of all an INN and PSRN).
