Dialogue for the sake of dialogue is not necessary to us, its efficiency is necessary

AZERTADZh , the vice-chairman Millie Medzhlisa, the head of delegation told Azerbaidjan in OSCE PA Bahar Muradova during the next performance at meeting of standing committee within passing in Andorra.

Having thanked the secretary general of OSCE PA Montella Roberto and members of the Secretariat for the done work reflected in the presented report, Bahar Muradova told:" Successful work of the Secretariat also our success".

, recently within General Assembly institution Obiyedinenny nations were mentioned and the existing conflicts in different corners of the world. In speech of the President Azerbaidjan the position on Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was expressed and ways of its permission which correspond to international law are specified and reflected in various documents of the international organizations. Besides, the meeting at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs and cochairmen of the Minsk group where the agreement concerning visit of cochairmen to the region which will take place at the beginning of October was reached was held. We feed great expectations on the forthcoming meeting of presidents which has to take place as a visit result", - told Bahar Muradova.

She emphasized that during the period when there are problems of violation of territorial integrity of the states and attempt of creation of new educations on the political map of the world more and more, the importance of similar actions grows. Therefore we have to use the best efforts for development of fresh ideas and formats within parliament, replacement of the mechanisms which have not justified. Naturally, very significantly to achieve increase of efficiency of existing mechanisms and in Assembly.

Having reminded of speech of the chairman of OSCE PA at session opening, Bahar Muradova told:" As marked out Christin Muttonen yesterday at session opening, unfortunately, we not always properly reacted to processes. Besides, to us absence of mutual trust prevented to move forward. There is a problem of finding of the general way for permission of the vital issues. And I think that all this prevents us to develop broader activity within our powers. Sometimes we were deprived of opportunity to use the mandate fully and properly. After all dialogue for the sake of dialogue is not necessary to us, and its efficiency is necessary. Otherwise mistrust and we, even is born joint efforts, we cannot achieve positive results. Therefore we should strengthen levers of Assembly to prevent heat of the present situation creating threat for all of us".

Again having concerned top-level dialogue, in particular, dialogue on settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Bahar Muradova finished the performance by the following words: "We, being members of parliament, in common with the special representatives and special committees, have to make a contribution to this process by ensuring mutual trust, transparency and the reporting", - emphasized Bahar Muradova.
