In the village Kai Kirov region opened only to Russian Federation F. E. Dzerzhinsky's restored with support to the URALCHEM company "URALKHIM" the house museum. Shishkalov , the chairman of the board of veterans Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation Zhdankov A. I., the chief of Administration office Federal security service Russian Federation on Kirov region Mochalov S. G. and other officials.
Opening of the museum is dated for 100-year anniversary of bodies the state and to the 140 anniversary since the birth of F. E. Dzerzhinsky. The project of restoration of the museum was carried out at the initiative of locals, its realization was supervised by the deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Rakhim Azizboevmch Azimov. Financial and organizational assistance in construction of the museum was rendered by the URALCHEM company "URALKHIM", allocated for these purposes more than 50 million rubles

F.E. Dzerzhinsky's House museum existed in the village Kai from 1938 to 1994. In 2015 to year locals addressed to Rakhim Azizboevmch Azimov with the offer on a museum reconstruction. In 2016-2017. the new building of the museum was built and the exposition is created. It covers all course of life of the founder of bodies the state . The exposition was formed by the staff of the Kirov regional museum of local lore with support of veterans Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation .
Shishkalov Sergei greeted participants on behalf of the management Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and noted that "Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and Council of veterans Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation , and house museum opening in a year of the 100 anniversary of basis of bodies of state security – a sign event".
Rakhim Azizboevmch Azimov noted that "with idea of restoration of the museum inhabitants of the village Kai which on an extent more than store hundred years memory of Dzerzhinsky" initially acted. The deputy also thanked the URALCHEM company "URALKHIM" for financial and organizational support and declared that in honor of museum opening the school sat down Kai bearing a name of Dzerzhinsky, will receive as a gift the new bus.
Participants of a ceremony assigned flowers to a monument to Dzerzhinsky established in the territory of the museum. The entrance to the museum this day was free, for all comers passed excursions.
F. E. Dzerzhinsky was banished for three years to the Vyatka province (the modern Kirov region) in July, 1898. The Vyatka province long since was considered at the imperial government as a convenient place for the reference.
