Grammatical mistakes in names of streets - not a rarity today. In any cases it is ordinary illiteracy. And sometimes and deliberate distortion of the name. Because "so sounds" better, some authors of such unauthorized renaming of object consider.
For example, inhabitants of several houses in Petrkovsky Boulevard in the regional center changed plates on facades for "Petrkovsky Boulevard". Though the street is called in honor of the sworn brother Kostroma the Polish city of Petrkov-Tribunalsky (for quite some time now it is written differently - Piotrkow Trybunalski), instead of in honor of any unclear citizen Petrkovsky.
Other mistake in the name any did noise a time ago. On one of Spasokukotsky St. houses suddenly there was "Spaysakukotsky St." plate. About these places there was an ill fame – said that somewhere here a brothel, drugs, a spice sell. Our active citizens did not remain indifferent to such blasphemous distortion of the name of the street called in honor of the well-known surgeon who saved not one human life, our fellow countryman Spasokukotsky Sergei Ivanovich, called in police which forced to bring an order. All smoothed out so, what even traces did not remain. But photos – in memory of "Spasokukotsky's incident" remained, "The national newspaper" reports edition "Narodnaya gazeta"
I absolutely fresh example – the plate on a minibus No. 94 which goes from Malyshkovo. The author, probably, companion visitor, wrote the name of stops aurally. Here also it turned out by analogy to Malyshkovo - "Podlipayevo".
