President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent the telegram with condolences to President of Republic Sierra Leone to Ernest Bay Koroma. The press service of the Kremlin reports about it.
"Accept sincere condolences in connection with the numerous human victims caused by a descent of a landslide in the suburbs Freetown. It is especially tragic that among victims there are a lot of children and teenagers. I ask to transfer words of sympathy and support to families of victims, and also wishes of the fastest recovery to all injured with this natural disaster" — it is noted in the message.
Sierra Leone Freetown grows In the capital a death toll as a result of natural disaster. Pouring rains led to landslides. According to physicians of the Red Cross, 312 people were lost already.
