took place on July 11, 2017 the next enlarged meeting of the Commission on affairs of minors and protection of their rights of Republic of Mordovia under the chairmanship of the vice-chairman of the Commission, the chairman State board Republic of Mordovia for justice Denisov Mikhail Petrovich. Except members of the Republican commission part in meeting was taken by the invited:
Anisimova Irina – the senior assistant prosecutor of Republic of Mordovia on interaction with mass media and the public;
Yelistratov Wladyslaw Aleksandrovich - the chief of office of the organization of activity of division for minors of Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Mordovia;
Shulyapova Oksana – the deputy of a direktoradepartament on social policy of Administration of the city district Saransk – the head of department of ;
Malov Vasilii – the deputy chief of department of the interaction organization with Management public authorities on behind drug trafficking of Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Mordovia;
Ivanov Anatoly – the chief physician of GBUZ RM "Republican Narcological Clinic";
Irinarkhova Olga – the psychologist-consultant of JSC <13> Saransk a sotsadaptation";
chairmen, chiefs of departments and responsible sekretarikomissiya for minors and protection of their rights of municipal areas of Republic of Mordovia and the lake Saransk.
At meeting of the Commission considered the following questions:
"About practice of identification of not medical consumption by minors of alcoholic products, drugs, psychotropic substances and inclusion of minors in programs of rehabilitation and resocialization of narcoconsumers". On the matter reports were made Malov Vasilii , Ivanov Anatoly , by Irinarkhova Olga ;
"About efficiency of the organization of individual scheduled maintenance with minors and the families which are in socially dangerous situation". On the matter reports were made by Azorkin E. N., Shuvalov S. I.;
"Organization of events within celebration of the 100 anniversary from the date of the commissions on affairs of minors and protection of their rights to Russian Federation". On the matter the report was made by Denisov Mikhail Petrovich;
of 4 statements of the citizens who had a criminal record about the admission or not admission to work in the sphere of , education, a medical support with participation of minors. By results of consideration of the specified statements: 1 citizen is allowed to pedagogical activity; on 2 citizens the decision not to consider the statement because according to the current legislation is made, the crimes committed by them earlier do not fall under category considered by the Commission; 1 citizen is not allowed to work in the education sphere with participation of minors.
