We addressed to the deputy of city meeting Yoshkar-Ola to Andrey Zabolotskikh with the same questions: than the working group will be engaged and what result to expect.
– I had an impression about 3-4 deputies "offended" on specific "businessmen", and they try to inflate this subject again, – Andrey Zabolotskikh considers. – The mayor misled. First, the question posed, in that context as it was offered, with already having changes in the legislation and economy is not actual.
Secondly, without having eliminated relationship of cause and effect, it is impossible to speak what exactly nalivayka is the evil. Also it is impossible to allocate one type of business (public catering), without all realized alcoholic products in the republic. Unfair businessmen are available in all kinds of activity, including: pharmaceutical and construction business, in medical , etc. – why deputies are silent about it?

Unfortunately, nobody wants to be engaged in it responsibly: businessmen do not wish to employ continuous protection to "nalivayka", at police few moral incentives, they see that this problem does not excite officials; the city authorities are afraid of revolt of owners of these institutions, and the regional power understands that the municipality can solve a problem at due consideration.
I Think that this year there will be nothing cardinal. But the first prerequisites for fight against alcoholization can be put. At regional level it is quite possible to adopt the law on full restriction of sale of alcohol in youth holidays. It would become some kind of symbol of beginning fight for sober youth. If we lost alcoholics of the senior generation, the youth needs to be disaccustomed to an addiction.
On session of State Assembly Mari El Republic on July 27 such bill already precisely will not get as terms are passed. The following session is appointed to September 28, to this date it is possible to be in time everything, there would be a political will and desire is banal "not to chatter" a problem at the level of the working group.
Unfortunately, the last option seems quite probable. By the time of article writing (on August 1) on a "alcoholic" question still it is not sounded any offer.
