the Nizhny Novgorod architectural and construction award 2017 is organized by the AIF-Nizhny Novgorod newspaper within the joint project JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING FIRM" and Ministry of Construction and Housing-Communal Services of the Russian Federation with assistance of NIZHEGORODSKY STATE ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION UNIVERSITY, NNGASU, and also support of Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region and City administration. Winners were defined by advisory council into which representatives of bodies of the state power, architects and journalists entered.

the Mayor Elizabeth Solonchenko congratulated winners of an award and emphasized that Nizhny Novgorod had the architectural school connected with names of known architects Alexander Kharitonov, Pestova Eugenia and Popov Sergei.
