As are reported by the press service of a regional minsiterstvo of agriculture and the food, from August 7 to August 12 in the territory of Spaso-Preobrazhenskoye of the Pronsky man's monastery Ryazan region will be trained within cheese making School.

the Project provides training in cheese making of everyone in conditions of production, by the principle one day – one cheese. Full course of training – six days. During training in listeners Kachotta, Gauda, Gryuyer, Caerphilly, Camembert, the Mozzarella, Halummi is offered to take direct part in preparation of cheeses. Courses take the second year. On the termination Syrodel's Diploma is issued.
