Appellate Economic court of Kiev counted invalid about a conclusion in 2007 from state property of the residence "Mezhigorye" to Kiev Oblast and its transfers to Viktor Yanukovych who then held presidential post. The general prosecutor reported Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.

He added that the judgment on accountability Viktor Yanukovych, the ex-Minister of Energy and the coal industry Stavitsky Edouard and other former officials for the conclusion of these transactions will be the following step.
