B Interregional prosecutor's office of the Gornomariysky district of the Mari El Republic addressed with the collective address inhabitants of the residential district "Cuba" in the city Kozmodemyansk.
Citizens complained to the prosecutor of inaction of municipal authority on arrangement of the territory of the residential district, the inadequate maintenance of city roads and small architectural forms. These facts were confirmed by a course . It is established that Administration of the municipal entity City district Gorod Kozmodemyansk is not engaged in the solution of the questions which are in its competence, in particular, by problems of arrangement of the territory of municipality. The rights of citizens for safe environment and safe conditions of activity are as a result violated. Kozmodemyansk in an unsatisfactory state are in the residential district "Cuba" of the city the wooden bridge and a wooden ladder adjoining to it through the river Turgen movement on which for inhabitants of the residential district constitutes serious danger, including children and elderly aged citizens. The wooden ladder on Priovrazhnaya St. has failures of ladder marches, there is no part of steps, and also a handrail. In rainy weather impassable there are streets of the private sector of the residential district. Carriageways of soil highways on streets of the Truth, Chekhov, Forest, Freedoms, Proletarian do not meet the requirements of . On Pravdy Street the asphalt concrete covering of the highway 414 meters long is destroyed, sags and hollows on the road exceed maximum permissible standards. To conditions of traffic there does not correspond an operational condition of the road with an asphalt covering 394 meters long on the street of Chekhov. For elimination of the revealed violations the prosecutor is accepted a reaction package of measures. In interests of citizens the statement of claim is sent to regional about compulsion of administration of the city district "City of Kozmodemyansk" to carry out repair work on the shown local roads and objects of small architectural forms. Requirements of the prosecutor are completely satisfied with is obliged to repair designated the wooden bridge and a ladder, to 30.04.2018g. to make repair of the highways stated above. Within a month from coming into force of the judgment the carriageway on the street of Chekhov has to be cleared away from sand.
