Realization of the right of the citizens having three and more children, on free acquisition in property of the land plots

Deputies of republican parliament adopted the Law of Republic of Adygea "About modification of the Law of Republic of Adygea "About realization of the right of the citizens having three and more children, on free acquisition in property of the land plots".

Before adopting this Law, deputies together with RA Cabinet, Commissioner for Human Rights in Republic of Adygea Osokin Anatoly, representatives of municipalities carried out the corresponding work and analysed performance of the Law of RA "About Realization of the Right of the Citizens Having Three and More Children, on Free Acquisition in Property of the Land Plots". The carried-out analysis was the cause according to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 October 2001 No. 136-FZ "On the Land Code of the Russian Federation" to make the changes directed on realization by citizens, having three and more children, the right besplatnov property the land plots which are in the state or municipal ownership.

According to the adopted Law to rise on turn and to receive it is free in property the land plot only that large family which consists on the account in quality needing premises will be able.

Need to note that after coming into effect of the accepted changes large families which already exercised the right and received the land plots in rent before adoption of this Law, will be able to renew them in property before the expiration 10 summer terms of rent . To the citizens, having three and more children who were put on the account for receiving the land plots before coming into effect of this Law, the land plots will be provided free of charge in property without the stay fact on the account as needing premises.

Also the Law of Republic of Adygea "About modification of the Law of Republic of Adygea "About realization of the right of the citizens having three and more children, on free acquisition in property of the land plots" established the limit size of the land plot which will be provided free of charge in property to the citizens having three and more children. Its will make the area from 0,06 hectares to 0,25 hectares.
