Makhachkala. July 25. INTERFAX-SOUTH - arrested one of two suspects of kidnapping of the minister of construction and Household management company Kazibekov Ibrahim, the representative Verkhovnogo of reported to Interfax South agency Mamaeva Zarema.

According to department, criminals demanded in the beginning 100 million, but then reduced the sum to 70 million
Next day during transfer of part of the demanded sum of 30 million rubles of the man were detained, the minister is released.
