Opening action, the director general of the Kuzbass Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shavgulidze Marina noted that within control and supervising activity business is interested in forming of a new format of relationship with supervisory authorities therefore on a platform of chamber there are regular such public hearings within which the course of , ideas offered by departments and decisions is discussed.
Interest to hearings were shown by more than 80 representatives of the enterprises Kemerovo region, public authorities, regional prosecutor's office, public organizations. the report was made by regional Gostrudinspektion's head Karev Anatoly who presented the main results and supervision in the sphere of the labor relations for the last three months. In total in area 993 inspections were carried out, more than 4 thousand violations, from which considerable share in the labor protection sphere are revealed. Also such violations, as are frequent: nonpayment of in full, violation of its terms of , and also nonpayments at . As a result of intervention of inspection it was succeeded to return due means in the total volume of 398 million rubles (41 thousand people). Though for the last five years the tendency of decrease in traumatism is noted, but only for the 2nd quarter there were 12 fatal cases and 35 - heavy traumatism on production. On the different bases more than 1200 penalties were imposed, 420 preventions are taken out, transferred to 2 to disqualification of heads.
