Sukhumi, 6 Mar – Sputnik, Badri Esiava. Protests apropos closings of two border check-points the admission through Ingur stopped, and people calmed down, the chairman of the State customs committee told Abkhazia Daur Kobakhiya on Monday March 6.

"We repeatedly explained that this decision was not spontaneous, it is thought over and it makes a certain sense. Changes will not be, despite indignation. People understood that is useless to rend the air, and calmed down" — told Daur Kobakhiya.

According to him, check points in Otobaya and Nabakia were stopped in the evening on March 5, and in the morning on March 6 there took place an official ceremony of their closing in the presence of representatives City administration, boundary and customs services.
