Abkhazia Inform. on July 4 in the State Office of Public Prosecutor the Coordination meeting of heads of the law enforcement agencies, devoted to the analysis of criminal procedure activity of investigating authorities and performances of the legislation on operational search activities by operational divisions of law enforcement agencies for identification, the prevention and disclosure of crimes of a corruption orientation for 2016 and 5 months 2017 took place.

the Analysis of collected information allows to draw a conclusion that the most large number of criminal cases of a corruption orientation was in production of Investigative management of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of RA - 12 cases from which 6 criminal cases as article 222 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 December 2001 No. 174-FZ "On the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation" RA are sent to RA courts.
On three criminal cases production of preliminary investigation is suspended on the bases of point 2 of part 1 of article 208 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 December 2001 No. 174-FZ "On the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation" by RA (search of the person); two criminal cases are stopped on the bases of point 2 of part 1 of article 24 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 December 2001 No. 174-FZ "On the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation" by RA (absence in acts of structure of a crime); one criminal case is at a stage of preliminary investigation.

Vessels Abkhazia for 2016 and 5 months 2017 considered eight criminal cases on which eight people are condemned, concerning one the verdict of not guilty is pronounced, and concerning two x persons criminal prosecution on the nereabilitiruyushchy bases is stopped. To four condemned persons punishments in the form of the penalties, to four more – in the form of imprisonment are appointed to a certain term, and to two from from them punishment is appointed conditionally.
From the considered criminal cases seven people were accused byof commission of the malfeasances, four - of commission of crimes in the economy sphere.

"The number of the revealed corruption offenses does not reflect real level of a condition of abuses of officials of the government and persons with other powers of authority for the purpose of obtaining material and other benefit for personal reasons and interests of the third parties. Many crimes connected with assignment, property waste, abuses of powers of office and their excess, bribery, office forgery and so forth. do not come to light and respectively are not considered in official criminal statistics", - it is noted in post-release of the press service of the State Office of Public Prosecutor.
Studying of practice of investigation of corruption encroachments shows toinconsistency of field services and investigation authorities, a lack of appropriate expeditious maintenance at identification and investigation of affairs of a corruption orientation.
In the operational search activity of separate law-enforcement bodies directed on identification of corruption acts, allow the facts of non-execution of problems of operational search activity.
Quite often note poor quality of provided results of the operational search activity, not allowing further to investigating authorities to make the decision on initiation of legal proceedings.
Due to the prevalence and weak solvability of crimes of a corruption orientation, the Prosecutor General's Office of RA suggested heads of law enforcement agencies to consider a question of adoption of the joint Provision regulating an order of interaction of bodies of prosecutor's office, law-enforcement bodies and other participants of coordination activity at identification, suppression and disclosure of crimes of a corruption orientation, preliminary investigation and judicial review of criminal cases about such crimes.
