President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Decree of 06.07.2017 No. 310 "About release from a position and appointment to the post in some federal government bodies".
the Decree the President appointed:
of the police colonel Zakharov Andrey Aleksandrovich – the deputy chief of police - the head of department of protection of a public order Head department of ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Moscow;
of the police lieutenant general Kozhokar Valery – the chief of the All-Russian research institute Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, having relieved him of the post;
of the police major general Pesterev Victor Nikolaevich – the chief of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Vologda region, having relieved him of the post.

the police major general Andrey Andreev - the first deputy chief of Head department on transport of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;
the major general of internal service Barikaev Eugenie Nikolaevich – the chief of Control and auditing management Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;
the police lieutenant general Larionov Youri Nikolaevich - the chief Head department of ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Kemerovo region;
the police major general of Lobanov Alexander Fedorovich – the Minister of Internal Affairs on Tyva Republic;
the lieutenant general of justice Shinin Youri Mikhaylovich – the first deputy chief of Investigative department Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
