Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow region considered on June 14, 2017 the new complaint of LLC "AVANTAZHPROGRESS" on Management actions on Household management company, to construction and architecture of Administration of the city district Zvezdny township of the Moscow region at the organization on selection for management of apartment houses
According to argument of the complaint Administration, in defiance of subparagraph 4 of point 41 of Rules of carrying out by local government on selection for management of an apartment house, did not establish the requirement to volumes, quality, frequency and costs of each of obligatory works and according to the contents and repair of the general property of owners of rooms in apartment houses.
Having listened to a position of Administration and having studied the submitted documents, Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow region established the circumstances confirming violation of an order of the organization of , recognized the complaint of the applicant reasonable and revealed other violations of an order of the organization and carrying out .
Management gave out again to Management on Household management company, to construction and architecture of Administration of the city district Zvezdny township of the Moscow region the obligatory instruction for execution about elimination of violations.
