The parties exchanged opinions on a course of implementation of the Agreement between the governments of member states of The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation about cooperation in the field of culture (Bishkek, on August 16, 2007) and arrangements within last meetings of Ministers of Culture of member states of The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
In Meeting China Lo Shugan, the Minister of Culture, information and tourism Kyrgyzstan Tugelbay Kazakov, the First Deputy Minister of Culture Russian Federation Aristarkhov Vladimir, the Minister of Culture of Tajikistan Shamsiddin Orumbekzoda, the minister of affairs of culture of Uzbekistan Muratov Makhmud, the Deputy Secretary general of The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Aziznosirov, and also the deputy minister of culture India Shifali Shah and the Plenipotentiary ambassador Iran took part in Kazakhstan Modzhtab Damirchilu the Minister of Culture and sports of Kazakhstan Mukhamediuly Arystanbek, the Minister of Culture.
